Ben is a San Jose native, growing up here and currently pursuing a marketing degree from San Jose State University. He spent two years as an operations manager at Bay Club, responsible for running all aspects of a 9-acre sports resort including staff management, hospitality, new member tours, and operational excellence. He delivered the highest level of customer service and problem-solved daily issues through to completion which required strong communication with associates, members, and upper management. At Compass, he creates high-quality content and uses digital marketing initiatives to connect with potential clients and promote The Bonafede Team. Additionally, he is instrumental in facilitating showings and sales preparation. He strives to successfully provide the highest level of hospitality and customer service to both potential and current clients!
