Françoise Greenwalt brings a relationship-driven approach to real estate, combining business development, strategic marketing and strong community connection to help clients confidently navigate the Bay Area market.

As part of the Bonafede Team at Compass, Françoise focuses on cultivating meaningful relationships, generating opportunities through local networking and referrals and delivering a hands-on, responsive experience throughout the buying and selling process.

Before transitioning into real estate, Françoise spent more than 20 years as an entrepreneur and business strategist, leading customer-focused brands and consulting initiatives centered around growth, client engagement and relationship building. Her background gives her a strong understanding of positioning, communication and personalized service.

Deeply rooted in the Silicon Valley community, Françoise actively volunteers with the YMCA of Silicon Valley’s Project Cornerstone program and currently serves as PTA President, supporting student engagement, family connection and local community initiatives.

Known for her proactive communication style, strong follow-through and ability to connect people and opportunities, Françoise is passionate about building lasting relationships and helping clients create long-term wealth through real estate.
