As a Real Estate Advisor with the Bonafede Team at Compass, Françoise combines local market knowledge, proactive communication and personalized guidance with a strong background in strategic marketing and business. Whether helping clients evaluate opportunities, position a property for sale or navigate an important real estate decision, she keeps their goals and best interests at the center of the process.

Before transitioning into real estate, Françoise spent more than 20 years as an entrepreneur, business owner and strategist, building customer-focused businesses and initiatives centered around growth, communication and long-term relationships. That experience gives her a business-minded perspective, strong follow-through and an ability to turn strategy into action.

Deeply connected to the Silicon Valley community, Françoise volunteers with the YMCA of Silicon Valley’s Project Cornerstone program and serves as PTA President, supporting local students, families and community initiatives.
