I was in need of a solid real estate team who could help us sell my mom's home after her passing. I live in Foster City and my mom's home is in South San Jose, so having a competent team who could handle all of the on site details and coordination was the most important requirement for me. Dina Bonafede and her team are true real estate professionals. While I loved my home which had just become too big for one person I was aware that it had some unique features that meant it wouldn't appeal to everyone looking for a home in the Cupertino school district for example a spiral staircase. Dina brought in diverse members of her team to give us their perspective. Working together we created a welcoming environment for potential buyers without expensive "staging". Through an active dialogue, we identified and overcame potential objections. Dina got the property into contract within two weeks of the first "test-the-market" open house. This is coming from a lot of experience of getting real estate communications for decades whether you are in the place to buy or sell a home does not matter. I have gotten such consistently useful, practical, concise and helpful information for living from Dina and the Bonafede group. Really: home/personal organization how tos, key tax laws change summary (better than what my accountant sent out), home improvement tips and more. They are actually quite good even with all the information available now days. Its like a little gentle push/well put reminder to expect and have more for myself. Plus every few months they are hosting or sponsoring some event or party (they go all out) so pretty much a no brainer to join their mailing list. I have never recommended a email/mail list before but they've proven themselves to me for more than a year.
