Born and raised in San Jose, Lesley Kroner brings nearly 20 years of experience in business management and client relations to her role as Director of Client Relations for the Bonafede Team.

Before joining the team, Lesley spent nearly two decades as Business Manager at Blue Arc Electric, where she built her career around taking care of clients, supporting staff, and creating strong, lasting relationships. Her experience taught her that exceptional service goes beyond the work itself. It is about being dependable, attentive, and making people feel genuinely valued.

As Director of Client Relations, Lesley brings that same philosophy to the Bonafede Team. She focuses on enhancing the client experience and staying connected with clients long after the transaction is complete, helping ensure that every relationship continues well beyond the closing table.

A lifelong San Jose local, Lesley is proud to bring her experience, warmth, and relationship-first approach to a team deeply rooted in the community she calls home.
