With a background that combines healthcare, business operations, and residential construction, Patricia Melia offers clients a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to buying and selling real estate throughout the Bay Area.

Prior to real estate, Patricia enjoyed a successful career as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), where professionalism, precision, and advocacy were at the core of every decision. Today, she brings those same qualities to every client relationship.

Patricia also plays an active role in her family’s company, Atlantic Concrete, overseeing job costing and business development. Working alongside major Bay Area builders—including Lennar, KB Home, Pulte, Trumark Homes, D.R. Horton, and Thomas James Homes—has given her valuable insight into construction, development, and new-home communities.
