Our Team

Born and raised in San Jose, Serena Bonafede-Lariz brings a deep connection to the Bay Area and a background in marketing, technology, and client relations to her role as Marketing Director and Team Lead for the Bonafede Team.

After earning her degree from the University of San Diego, Serena spent four years in the tech industry working in recruiting and customer success with companies including Google, TikTok, and growing startups. Her experience in fast-paced, client-focused environments helped shape her strengths in communication, organization, relationship building, and creative problem-solving.

Today, Serena leads the Bonafede Team’s marketing strategy and oversees the team’s brand across every channel. From property launches, digital campaigns, social media, and print collateral to email marketing, client events, and ongoing database marketing, she works to ensure every touchpoint is thoughtful, cohesive, and reflective of the Bonafede Team brand.

As a Team Lead, Serena also plays an active role in the team’s growth and development, helping create initiatives, systems, and strategies that keep agents connected, accountable, and moving forward. With a strong eye for design and a passion for bringing ideas to life, she is focused on continually elevating how the Bonafede Team serves its clients, markets its properties, and shows up throughout the South Bay.
