Sergio Valencia spent six years building brand narratives and media relationships for some of Silicon Valley's top tech companies. He brings that same communication driven, detail-focused approach to every client he represents today, whether they are buying their first home or selling a longtime family property throughout the San Jose market.

Prior to real estate, Sergio worked in public relations and marketing, representing enterprise, HR, and venture capital clients across the Bay Area. He pitched national media, managed high-profile client announcements under tight deadlines, and learned how to shape a message so people actually pay attention. Today, he brings that same skill set to every listing and every negotiation.

Sergio was born and raised in San Jose, the son of immigrant parents who bought and sold several homes over the years. He watched firsthand what those moves meant for his family, and that experience shaped his belief that real estate is one of the most powerful tools a family has to build its future. He focuses his work primarily in Willow Glen, Campbell, Almaden, and Santa Teresa, neighborhoods he has known his whole life. Outside the office, he is a San Jose State graduate, a devoted Arizona Cardinals and Golden State Warriors fan, and someone happiest with family, a good book, or a video game nearby.
