Welcome To

A trendy and popular Silicon Valley suburb.

Welcome to Campbell

Located in the San Francisco Bay Area’s Silicon Valley, the town of Campbell has cemented its reputation as a hip and suburban area with plenty to do and see! Conveniently located near San Jose and other Silicon Valley hotspots, Campbell is a fantastic place to live and work.

Founded by Benjamin Campbell in 1846, the town of Campbell was originally known for its fruit shipping center and canneries. Campbell’s oldest commercial building, the Bank of Campbell, was built in 1895 and still stands today. In 1952, Campbell was officially incorporated as a city and continued its growth from a small farming town to a thriving Silicon Valley community.

Today, Campbell is a thriving urban suburb, boasting a highly educated population and lots of fantastic homes. As is typical of Silicon Valley, home prices range into the low millions, but plenty of wonderful California ranch-style single-family homes are available. Some older homes with unique architectural styles can be found downtown, as can apartment buildings for those looking for a smaller living space.
